The product was fine but the company is a mess. I had to contact them 3 times because the info under the product picture didn't match. Then after confirming all the details via email, the product arrived and was not screen printed like I had been told. On top of that, they sent me a similar blanket to the one I ordered but not the same one! After reaching out to them they offered to pay for me to ship it back and refund my money.
I asked for an exchange for the blanket I ordered and apparently they don't even carry that blanket!!!!! I received an email the day after that stated it would be a few days and they had upgraded my shipping for my troubles. Okay, I can deal with that. One week later I learned it would be the next week, but hopefully in time for graduation.
I can still deal! Seriously 9 emailed excuses later and we have nothing but frustration. Baseball season will be over before the jersey arrives. I ordered a tshirt online on December 12th as a Christmas gift for someone and it is 3 days before Christmas and there is still no sign of my shirt. I might add that December 12th is before the day they claim on the website that your order will be guaranteed in time for Christmas.
There is no way for you to track your order, you can only view the "status" of the order. I have been doing this for about a week now and every time it says "processing" until last night my status changed to "canceled"!
Glad to know the company decided to cancel my order 3 days before Christmas with no notification to me. I have emailed the company with no reply and now I have been on hold for over 25 minutes without talking to anyone.
